I glanced at the tests after school today and noticed that most people did not get to/answer the Thinking questions. There will be a retest on the Thinking section only on Wednesday afternoon. The Thinking questions from the original test will become bonus questions.

In the Knowledge section of the test, when you are asked to factor, you will be given the type of factoring required.
e.g. Factor, using Type 3 (Decomposition).



In other sections of the test, you will not be told the type of factoring that you should use.
e.g. Factor, using the method of your choice.

Be sure to try p.122 #3 on the Chapter Self Test that I handed out today!
